Spálovský, a.s. began introducing its quality system according to ISO in the mid-nineties. In 1997, the introduction of the quality system was completed by the certification of the system according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 9002. The system has been further developed, undergoing annual reviews and was expanded in the area of development according to ČSN EN ISO 9001.
As of 2001, Spálovský, a.s. is the holder of a certificate of quality according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 in the field of “Development, production, and sale of switchboards and switch boxes”. Constant work on the improvement of the quality system, verification of the system by certification bodies, regular testing of products in testing facilities and a wide range of activities ensure the high quality of our products and guarantee customer satisfaction.
In 2008, Spálovský, a.s. decided to introduce the certification of the environmental management system. The purpose of this decision was to ensure the safety and protection of employees and general protection of the environment, as well as the definition of working procedures with employee responsibility for ensuring the handling of hazardous chemical substances and waste originating from the production of electric switchboard devices. Certification according to ISO 14001 is another in a sequence of steps taken by Spálovský, a.s. leading to the further development of the company and creation of a healthy working environment.
In 2009, the implementation of requirements set by OHSAS 18001 started, and at the same time, the review of the entire management system, which is further presented as an integrated management system (IMS). It encompasses the requirements of ISO 9001, Environment ISO 14001, OHS and Regulation 132/2008 Coll. (nuclear power engineering).
