Spálovský, a.s. is a manufacturer of low and high voltage electrical switchboards. We produce switchboards mainly for the power engineering segment (such as thermal and nuclear power stations), railways, and subway. We are fully certified for all these customer segments.
In 2018, Spálovský, a.s. transferred its assets to a group under Global Business, a.s. Even after this change of ownership, Spálovský, a.s. remains an entirely independent corporation with its own customer portfolio.
For large projects we use the synergy of both corporations, i.e. Spálovský and Global Business. The ability to work together is a great benefit. This group of companies demonstrates strong presence with great potential on the Czech market. It is one of three major switchboard manufacturers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The annual turnover of both companies combined exceeds 500 million CZK.

All products of Spálovský, a.s. meet the regulatory safety requirements defined in electrotechnical standards, including seismic vulnerability, electromagnetic compatibility, vibration resistance, requirements for separation of spaces and internal arc protection.<>
The quality of Spálovský, a.s. products is based on reliable and quality suppliers of instruments and switchboard cabinets with implemented quality management systems meeting the requirements of ISO standards.
The switchboards are produced in compliance with ČSN EN 61439 including type testing by an accredited testing laboratory.
Spálovský, a.s. has implemented the requirements of Act No 263/2016 Coll., Regulation No 408/2016 Coll. and No 358/2016 Coll. confirming professional competence for the production and delivery of low voltage switchboards to nuclear power stations in the category of selected installations.
In 2006 we entered into a partnership agreement with the Danish corporation CUBIC - ModulSystem A/S. This partnership allows us to use CUBIC know-how for designing and producing switchboards in modular drawer design with an internal separation of functional units. CUBIC switchboards are fully type-tested with all leading installation manufacturers (Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens…).
